i mean, the support team got back to me quickly and was genuinely kind the whole time

For what I paid, I’m happy with it. I wasn’t expecting anything over-the-top, but the prices are good overall and it feels like I got my money’s worth, which is really all I was hoping for.

I ordered from ldbmart and, to be fair, the communication was decent. They did reply when I asked, and the tracking link kept updating so I could see where my parcel was. That part worked fine. I just felt a bit misled because the whole process didn’t quite match what I expected from the way it was presented. It wasn’t stressful in the end, and the parcel did arrive, but I wish things had been a bit clearer upfront.

Checkout was smooth, and the payment went through without any issues. Pretty much how it should be.

One item, though, was a different size than what I selected, which was a little annoying because, you know, that’s kind of the whole point of choosing a size. It wasn’t the worst shopping experience ever, but it would be great if they could maybe double-check orders before sending them out

I had to return one item from my ldbmart.com order because I accidentally chose the wrong size. I was a little worried it would turn into one of those annoying return situations that takes about forever.

But the steps were clear, and customer support got back to me around the same day. I sent the item back and kept getting updates, so I didn’t really have to keep checking in or chasing anyone.

The refund showed up after a few days, and there was no hassle at all. Overall, it was a much smoother experience than I expected, and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

The box showed up with a dent, which kind of annoyed me because I feel like it’s fair to expect packaging to arrive in decent shape. That said, the items inside were totally fine, so I’m not making a huge deal out of it. Packaging was okay, just not great.

There’s a lot on there, but I mostly just paid attention to the stuff I was actually interested in. From what I looked at, there were some good choices and it was easy enough to find something that caught my eye.

I had a smooth experience using LDB Mart. The pages loaded without any issues for me, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep clicking around forever just to find what I needed :)

The layout is simple in a good way. Search worked fine, the categories made sense, and checkout was easy enough that I never felt confused or stuck.

Overall, it did exactly what I expected. Nothing over the top or complicated, just straightforward and easy to use. 5 stars from me!
